Bookings can be made online by using the availability calendar below or by calling us on 07850 760328.
Reserving your property
To make a booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total rental price, payable by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. The balance is payable eight weeks before arrival.
If you are arriving within eight weeks, the full amount is due when the booking is made. If you have found the perfect property, but need to book time off from work, or check with other members of your party before committing, we can hold a property for you for 48 hours. This can be done via email or calling 07850 760328.
Prices
Prices are listed on the relevant property description in the calendar below and include all charges for electricity, bedding and towels. All prices shown include a non-refundable £30 booking fee, which is payable with the deposit.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels and linen for travel cots as these are not provided.

Frequently asked questions about out holiday home rentals in Dornoch
All of our properties are different but we do provide a welcome pack with a supply a small supply of dishwashing tablets, washing pods, washing up liquid, a cloth and a scourer. There will be toilet rolls in all the bathrooms. The beds will be made up for your arrival and towels are provided for each member of your party.
Please ensure that you let us know how many will be staying in the property so that adequate linen can be provided. In case of any emergencies it is helpful to have the names of all the people in the group provided when booking. Please check with the team when booking for full details.
We advise that all guests take out insurance against cancellation of the holiday as the deposit is normally non-refundable.
The time at which property will be available for your arrival is shown on the confirmation email – usually it is 4.00pm. Check out is at 10.00am on the day of departure.
Yes you can. The minimum stay duration is three nights or by arrangement.
Dogs are welcome at Balloan Steading East and West. Please ensure that you do not let your dog enter bedrooms or sit on furniture and ensure that you clear up after your dog at all times. Dogs should not be left alone in the properties.
Bedding and towels for each of the guests booked to stay in the property is provided. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is confirmed prior to your stay, to ensure that you have enough linen and bedding. Please note that bedding for travel cots is not provided. Beach towels are not provided so please remember to bring your own.

If you have any special requirements such as mobility issues, please call us to see how we can accommodate you.
We request a security bond a week before you arrive. This is to cover any losses, breakages or damage that occurs during your stay and any additional cleaning costs that may be incurred by the owner, as a result of your stay. It will be returned to you when we get the housekeeping report back. It is your responsibility to check the equipment in the property when you arrive and notify us of any anomalies to prevent any confusion once you have left.
