Balloan House is an outstanding Highland holiday home combining heritage and luxury perfectly.

The house has its own private entrance, a living room, a fully equipped family kitchen/dining room and a small utility space. There is full WiFi and a good broadband connection. Each bedroom is set up as superking but can be split to make twins, giving more flexibility. Perfect for up to 4 people and outside there is plenty of space for cars.

Ground Floor:
Living room: With comfy sofa and Smart TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility room: With washer dryer.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed or twin beds on request, Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower with heated towel rail.:
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed or twin beds on request, Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower with heated heated towel rail.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi included.

Lawned front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. We try to accommodate guests with pet allergies so this property is pet free. No smoking.
